Our Pest Control Service Technicians are experts in pest management, and we see to that with great and regular training, including time with leading industry experts.
Our Pest Control Service Technicians get a strong hourly wage commensurate with experience ($18 to $20 per hour), as well as sales commissions from leads and cross-sales and a year-end discretionary bonus.
American Pest Solutions also provides a company service vehicle (for work use only), uniforms, paid vacation, paid personal days, paid holidays, retirement savings plans, and health insurance.
The typical work schedule for our Pest Control Service Technicians is 7:
30 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday, plus some Saturday mornings.
You must be able to pass the tests required to obtain state-issued pest control credentials.
Our on-staff Entomologist will provide the training needed to prepare you for the tests.
